在采矿过程中随着回采作业的推进，采用充填料回填采空区进行地压管理的采矿方法。

充填采矿法
在倾斜矿体回采过程中，分别崩落矿石和围岩，将采下的矿石运出采场，用崩落的废石充填采空区支撑围岩，并作为继续上采工作台的采矿方法。

充填采矿法
用房柱法进行矿石回采，并用充填料一次性充填采空区以支撑围岩，为间柱或周围采场的回采创造条件的采矿方法。
