〔中层大气总论〕世界气候研究计划（WCRP）的四大核心计划之一。另外三个核心计划分别是气候和冰冻圈（CliC），气候和海洋变化、可预测性和变化（CLIVAR），全球能量和水交换（GEWEX）。
