杜氏病/ Dieulafoy lesion /Dieulafoy lesion
胃肠道血管畸形
胃肠道黏膜下层的终端动脉畸形。因法国外科医师P.G.迪乌拉福（Paul Georges Dieulafoy，1839～1911）首先报道而命名。其实质是从胃肠道浆膜层穿过肌层进入黏膜下层的动脉口径未相应缩小（正常者应逐渐缩小），故又称恒径动脉。
