乳化-液中干燥法
先将含有微球骨架材料与药物的有机溶剂分散在与之互不相溶的另外一相液体中形成乳剂，再除去乳剂分散相中的挥发性溶媒，使骨架材料固化成微球的方法。又称乳化-溶剂蒸发法。

喷雾-低温固化法
利用超声喷雾使含有药物的聚合物溶液（或混悬液）形成细小的液滴分散在低温的有机溶媒中，伴随着溶媒不断萃取出聚合物中的溶剂，使液滴固化形成微球的方法。
