摩擦焊/ friction welding // friction welding /

利用焊件表面相互摩擦所产生的热，使端部达到热塑性状态，然后迅速顶锻，完成焊接的一种压焊方法。

用于搅拌摩擦焊的具有特定几何形状和尺寸的焊接工具。又称搅拌摩擦焊具。

摩擦焊
利用高速旋转的搅拌头与焊件摩擦产生的热，使被焊材料局部塑性化，并在搅拌头沿着焊接方向向前移动时，使原始的焊接界面发生破碎，同时已被塑性化的材料在搅拌头的转动摩擦力作用下，由搅拌头的前部转向后部，并在搅拌头的挤压下形成致密焊缝的一种固相焊接方法。

摩擦加热阶段焊件相对做线性往复摩擦运动的一种摩擦焊。

摩擦焊
采用轴肩与搅拌头分离的结构形式，搅拌头在焊接过程中不断旋转而产生摩擦热，并对焊件及其对接界面进行搅拌破碎，而外部的轴肩不转动，只沿焊接方向移动，从而实现塑性化金属的挤压成形，最终获得完整焊缝的搅拌摩擦焊。
