由极移之外的因素引起的纬度变化总称为非极纬度变化。
钱德勒摆动/ Chandler wobble /Chandler wobble
地极移动
周期为427天（近于1.2年）的地极运动。由美国天文学家S.C.钱德勒提出。
长期极移/ secular polar motion /secular polar motion
地极移动
地极轨线除了表现为周期性的螺旋运动外，还有偏离固定平极向一定方向的移动。这种移动称为长期极移。
