阴阳偏盛/ excess of either yin or yang // excess of either yin or yang /

阴或阳一方偏盛的病机，阴阳失调的病机理论之一，包括阳盛和阴盛两方面的病理变化，主要见于“邪气盛则实”的病证。

阴胜则阳病/ predominance of yin leading to disorder of yang /predominance of yin leading to disorder of yang
阴阳偏盛
阴寒偏盛则损伤阳气，出现各种阳气不足病证的病机。
阳胜则阴病/ predominance of yang leading to disorder of yin /predominance of yang leading to disorder of yin
阴阳偏盛
阳热偏胜则阴液耗伤，出现各种伤津、伤阴病证的病机。
阴胜则寒/ exuberance of yin leads to cold syndrome /exuberance of yin leads to cold syndrome
阴阳偏盛
阴气偏盛则导致脏腑组织机能抑制或障碍、温煦气化作用不足，以及病理性代谢产物积聚，表现为实性、寒性病症的病机。
阳胜则热/ exuberance of yang leads to heat syndrome /exuberance of yang leads to heat syndrome
阴阳偏盛
阳盛易于出现化热、化火等病理变化，表现为实性、热性病证的病机。
